Terms and conditions for the use of the RSE Hub (referred to as 'We' below):

In entering our site, you as a user ('You') are accepting our terms and conditions.

Using RSE Hub

The access and use of the RSE Hub, featuring these terms and conditions, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, the transmission of any obscene or offensive content or the disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting via this website any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, likely to give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.

We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order lawfully requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials on this website.

Information collected by us is only used for internal review, and in order to:

  • improve the content of the RSE Hub
  • monitor performance against targets or other measures
  • customise the content and/or layout of the RSE Hub

In addition, information may be shared with key stakeholders such as government departments or non-departmental public bodies where appropriate, for their internal review purposes. This information is shared sensitively, and is only ever used publicly, as anonymous regional or national statistical data. No school's individual information entered will ever be shared or made public.

Under no circumstance is this information shared with or sold to other organisations for commercial purposes either.

Issuing of invoices

When you purchase a product on the RSE Hub website you will be sent an email confirmation including a copy of the invoice for the product. The RSE Hub administrator is then contacted to alert them that an invoice has been generated. They will be in touch with you to take payment. Once payment has been received they will issue you with a link enabling you to download the product.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with the items or service, which you have purchased from The RSE Hub.  In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty you may return them within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Linking to RSE Hub

RSE Hub welcomes and encourages other websites to link to the information that is hosted on these pages. You do not have to ask permission to link, but we can provide wording and linking graphics. We reserve the right to request the removal of a link(s) that is inappropriate or contravenes the RSE Hub commercial policy.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Virus protection

We make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. You are responsible for taking your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system.

We recommend that it is always wise for you to run an anti-virus programme on all material downloaded from the internet.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

Variation

We may at any time revise these terms and conditions, without notice, so please check them regularly. Continued use of the RSE Hub after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change.

General

We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions, where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not means that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
